Went up for the day to have ice cream with our little kids and look around. We bought a few things from the store and then the staff completely cleared out, unable to sell ice cream, having all left the store to go attend to a tour. Kids were pretty disappointed, but we decided to take some pints home instead. Had to go outside and ask someone to return to the store so we could purchase them.

just an fyi- it is a disappointment! We were in and out in less than an hour and that included the waiting around for the person who was going to give us the tour and including the 10min we sat on their porch for our kids to finish their ice cream before heading home. The staff is not the friendliest (at least not to us and mind you our kids are well behaved!!)
I have been getting shatto milk delivered for four years. All on time every time. Great service. But I just want to question something that had been bugging me. Why can’t I make hard boiled eggs with your eggs?? I have tried DOZEN OF DOZENENS OF EGGS! They all bust open?! I have wasted a lot of money on trying to but I’m not going to anymore😆 I just want to know why
