This place is still horrible. Place is dirty and when I got my food the fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was cold. They did make me some new fries, but I should not have stopped here. First time in a year or so because the place was so dirty. I should have learned, but the owner said she would fix it. Did not happen.
I felt so bad for the cashier and other workers, they were overwhelmed with people wanting and needing their food. But they were positive and I didn't hear anyone of them grumble or get snappy with customers!

This was probably one of the best Arby's we have eaten at in a long time. Was surprised by the negative reviews.
