Whirl-A-Burger is a great little place to grab a bite in Perryville, known for easily having the best burgers and fries around. Everything is made to order. The burgers are cooked and seasoned to perfection and are soooo good. The fries, which are fried in beef tallow, are nice and crispy outside and soft inside. Specific menu items praised include bacon cheeseburgers, bacon-cheddar fries, chili fries, sweet potato fries, a horse shoe, a patty melt, and frozen custard concretes like a chocolate chip/cherry concrete. A small vanilla malt shake is also noted as just as good, though they apparently are not doing caramel malts anymore.
The owners are wonderful and the prices are reasonable, with one order totaling only $21.00. There is parking available in the back. Customers order at a window and the food is ready quickly, often in 5-7 minutes, and stays hot. The experience is consistently good, with many customers stating they will definitely be return customers or regulars when in town.
