Not organized they can't handle more than a few customers at a time.Update: Raised to 2 stars Getting betterUpdate: 8-19-21. I have not stopped here for over a year but I love Hardee’s so we stopped today for lunch. They seemed a lot more organized got our food out fast and it was delicious. Looks like they are doing a lot better.
I Made a mistake ordering my kids’ food. Went in fully expecting to pay for the correct food order to replace what my kids wouldn’t eat. (My own fault not ordering plain burgers). The ladies happily and quickly made two plain burgers and would not allow me to pay for them. Thank you for your kindness!
