These breakfast sandwiches are everything, and I dream about them as I know that I personally cannot perfect it the way the people behind the counters of the River and Rail, (who are true purveyors amazing breakfast foods), can do. The sandwiches are so simple, yet so mouthwatering - if you aren’t eating breakfast there, I have no idea what you are doing. So do yourself a favor and get to River and Rail.
