Waited in a drive-in stall and asked **because I couldn’t see it** if they had cheddar bites back. The response was “no, clearly that’s why there is a sticker over them.” Wow. Let’s work on teaching the staff to respond with professionalism or kindness instead of being rude for no reason. Still left my change for the girl that brought the food out. Kindness goes a long way.
Ordered cookie dough blast- had 5 cookie pieces on top and ZERO in the blast. Threw it away.
Please don’t ask me if I want my change- OF COURSE I WANT MY CHANGE.
We have a small business of our own and would be extremely disappointed if our staff sent out product/orders like this.
