Can't even get a mc chicken right 😕
Had an issue with the inside kiosk/reward points and the morning manager comped my breakfast sandwich due to the issue. He was very friendly and apologized for the issue. I did not catch his name, but I figured I would compliment him for his kindness and professionalism anyways.
30 minutes for a hashbown and a sausage burrito. I watched everyone who came in after me get food before me. I watched my ticket hang for 23 minutes before they pulled it down and tossed it. Frustrated, I stood at the counter and inquired about my food and why they pulled the ticket. I got a refund, but the lack of urgency I witnessed and the lack of communication has left me with a really spur taste in my mouth.

McDonald's is a reliable and family-friendly restaurant that offers classic menu items and a play area for children. The restaurant is generally clean and well-maintained and is in a nice area right off of the highway. While the curbside service is fast and polite, service inside can be very slow and it can take an unusually long time to get an order. The food quality is consistently good for breakfast, though sometimes the biscuits are overdone in the morning. The tables and bathroom facilities could use some attention.
