My daughter for her birthday every year has to go to El Puerto in Pleasant Hill!
I don’t blame her one bit! This place is fantastic, great service, yummy food, and awesome drinks! You won’t regret it!

We frequent this place almost every week! Such a fun atmosphere and delicious food! They just added the molcajete meal….order it! It’s full of spice and deliciousness not to mention they add nopales (cactus). We love it here and I’m sure you will too! 🇲🇽🌮🌯🫔👏🏽
El Puerto is one of the best Mexican restaurants with the BEST margaritas around!!

El Puerto Mexican Restaurant offers delicious and hot food, with good service. The restaurant caters to dietary restrictions, providing gluten-free options and accommodating acid watchers. It is also kid-friendly, with a bilingual and hospitable waiter. The homemade chips and dip are a highlight, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
Customers love the great food and drinks, and the restaurant is usually busy, which is a sign of great food. The staff, particularly Edel, checks on all tables to ensure every customer is taken care of. The restaurant is highly recommended for those who want to eat real Mexican food, and the margaritas are said to be the best.
The chips are always fresh and warm, and the street tacos are fantastic. Overall, the food is always excellent, and the service is excellent.
