“The Blackberry wine and red Sangria are DELICIOUS! We had red beans & rice-great! The popcorn shrimp and fries are yummy, love the house made cocktail sauce! The owner is very sweet and loves chatting about the flowers in the landscaping. I could have talked with her all day!“

“Good place to chill and hangout. Enough space to be at the bar. Lots of tables to sit at. Billiards and darts. Dj section and dance floor. Can also order food from the restaurant next door.“

Janna not only opened the door for us after it was locked and let us stay for 2 drinks while she closed, but she also informed us out-of-towners of what and what not to do in Missouri. Thank you immensely Janna you'll forever be one of our favorite stops on our trip ❤“

“We loved the atmosphere, beautiful pond and water fountain, quiet, peaceful area! I liked that it's pet friendly since we brought our dog! However, I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't very clean, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept or vacuumed, and they didn't have a back up of toilet paper, and we had to ask for more the next morning. The shower head only had one setting for water pressure and was slow. Rooms need to be updated, but overall it was a pleasant place to stay in. The outside strikes me as a log cabin and looks well maintained! My husband said that the front clerk, young guy,,was very personable and friendly. We would come back!

Come see Cheryl & The Cottage on the north side of 67 Business for all the shenanigans and drinks that won’t break the bank! Better be nice to Cheryl tho, she’s the truth! “Great food, friendly service. I’ve never had anything on their menu that was bad! I love this place and eat lunch here at least 2 days a week and have a good time. I love the no smoking inside but the nice screened in porch outside. They have live music nights and trivia among other events that are always a blast. They have an amazing Sunday brunch from 10-2 with big portions. I eat like a horse and The Works won’t disappoint you……I never have left hungry. Check out Jakes! It’s worth it.“

“Very beautiful hotel just a bit outta city. Very nice and respectable,knowledgeable lady at front desk. Beautifully decorated in wildlife. Rooms decorated same way. Comfortable beds. All the amenities you need all in one place. Also a small pond Gazebos and a Bullwinkles Lounge. Prices for rooms are fairly cheap.And dog friendly..We will definitely stay again.“

“employees have RUDE family that they let in and talk crazy to anyone.if you're not well known by the owner, or any of the employees you will be singled out. Not a good place to go for a fun karaoke night! **if your type of party crowd is crackheads this is the place to go!“

“Here is a clean place with a delightful staff. Dart boards and billiards for a bit of fun. If you are in the green forest region you can have a drink and slip home unnoticed and unmolested... By the police, because you have the right to travel unmolested... Really, I swear.“
