Love bullwinkles owned by Blue Bear apartments they keep a really good clean nice place to here.
We highly recommend this quaint motel. The front desk area people could not be nicer. It is a great place to stay. We will return hopefully soon
Went to look at & apply for a studio apartment, which was a hotel room before but according to the Bullwinkle's Rustic Lodge housekeeper, they are slowly turning all of the rooms into studio apartments and will eventually shut the hotel down and all of the rooms will be studio apartments.
The particular apartment I looked at was on the ground floor and rents for $700/month with a $250 Deposit and it includes:

Bullwinkles Rustic Lodge is a beautiful rustic lodge located a bit away from the city, offering a quiet and relaxing stay. The lodge features a pub with cold beer and good food, including pizza, creating a great atmosphere for socializing. Guests can enjoy a beautiful pond and water fountain, along with a peaceful, pet-friendly environment. Nearby attractions include a clean river for swimming and activities like cliff jumping, making it ideal for outdoor fun. The outside of the lodge looks like a well-maintained log cabin, adding to its charm.
