“My son and I went in and had the $7 meals. It was a good deal. Food was hot. Everyone we encountered was kind and courteous. The only cleanliness problem was the tables weren't be wiped down and a lot of them were dirty. We cleaned our own table and ate our food. All-in-all, it was good.“

“Great food, asked for tarter sauce in a small cup as I'm disabled and cannot tear open the tarter sauce packets. I was rudely informed of new store policy that you have to pay $.40 per small amount of tarter sauce in a separate container... I just was offended by the Shift manager talking down to me. This lack of customer service was not the case when the HVAC genius owner , owned this restaurant...“

“Great food, welcoming atmosphere and squeaky clean.Keith is awesome...He is very friendly, and when he wasn't taking orders, he was being friendly with customers and cleaning...I give the restaurant and Keith 10 out of 10...they are very lucky to have an employee like him...he takes great pride in his work.“

One you must try if you like the old orange push pops, it's orange Fanta, real cream, and vanilla. It is amazing!!
I'm not a fan of the Sonic on 67 (across from walmart), ditch road is so much better!!! The people are friendlier, and the food and drinks are always right. Not to mention, the one on Ditch Road seems ALOT cleaner, at least on the outside.“

“The food at this place is generally very good for the type of food that they serve and the prices are okay although I do tend to like to use the drive-thru because the inside although it is clean typically is just not that cozy so I'd like to drive through for quick good food when I choose them as an option for their burgers and extra items
Kid-friendliness: Kids tend to like it and I believe they do have kid-friendly meals and if I remember correctly sometimes toys

“They had offered a new carrier when I originally got our food but, I declined saying I had a bunch of these (the cardboard two cup carrier with handle).I didn't make it past the first three parking spots going out to the truck when this happened. I walked back in, showed them the broken carrier and pic (which they didn't really look at), and said I should have taken them up on the new carrier. They immediately said to remake them and started putting them in a Styrofoam carrier. I said those are harder to carry. The one that told the cashier to remake, pulled out the DoorDash style box and bag combo and they gave me that. ❤ THIS is Customer Service! Thank you for making the start of our day much better!“

“One of the best places to eat of it's kind and I have visited quite a few. The service is friendly and more that satisfactory. The atmosphere welcomes adult and child alike and the place is clean and well organized. I had a very pleasant dine in experience as well as was pleased with carry out.

“On Friday, we dined in at the Taco Bell Westwood location (near Walmart), and overall, the experience was pleasant. The food was served fresh and hot, which was a step up from our recent visits to the Southside location. The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient, making for a smooth dining experience.
However, I was disappointed with the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. They’ve changed significantly since their introduction years ago. Previously, they were fluffy, thick, well-seasoned, and coated, but this time, they resembled plain frozen potatoes tossed in the fryer. For $2.79, the portion size felt noticeably small and didn’t justify the price. I hope Taco Bell considers revisiting this recipe to restore its former quality.
Despite this, the rest of the meal was satisfying, and we appreciated the overall improvement compared to our Southside experiences. We’ll likely return to this location but may skip the potatoes next time.“

“If you are looking for a family friendly eatery in the poplar bluff area try Westwood sonic, where the footlong chili dogs are cooked to the T! Ice cold beverages that will quench the driest mouth and the creamiest ice cream in town. Also home of the locally famous "Alright" man!“

“I had the Sweet Fire Chicken, and Green bean Chicken, it was delicious as always! My husband had Firecracker Steak and Shrimp, he loved it, but even HE thought it was really spicy hot! Great staff, great food, always a reliable delicious place to eat! 😋“

“My friend had an issue over the weekend, I felt it needed to be addressed. I wanted to share this with you... UPDATE (always wanted to do that �): Julie Carda-Coleman had commented about my mom purchasing 2 Papa John’s pizza and them not recognizing the Mules Card after my mom paid on Saturday evening. Kathy AuBuchon Kirkley, informed me she shared Julie’s complaint on their FB page. They asked for my info to “rectify” the situation, so she gave it to them. I never heard from them. Well, today I am pleased to say I went in and spoke with the manager working at the local store. He listened to my grievance, asked who the employee was that did that, looked up our transaction, and gave me a voucher for 2 free pizzas (the difference). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I am very happy they made this right. Thank you Julie and Kathy for your help!! (Kathy, I don’t know how to share this on their FB page, so will u please share it for me �. We will have u over for the pizza party!!)“

“I stood waiting at the Express pickup for my online order probably 6 or 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. As they were checking someone out as I was still standing there I had to say I just need my online order. They grabbed it from the counter behind them gave it to me & I left. I was already not happy with my experience & then get home to find my sandwich which I requested extra mayo had none. Subway in general seems to being putting less & less of meat, veggies etc. where you end up with more bread than sandwich. I wasn't happy with the experience at all.“

“Took 20 minutes to make my husband brother and my food. It was 3 burgers nuggets and a small fries. Manger was rude and they were laughing and giggling about whatever as our food at there on the counter for 15-20 minutes. Will be talk to someone about this. This is horrible 😭“

“Kole and Aiden greeted me as I walked in the door. clean restaurant. Absolutely awesome service. After going to The South store and getting no acknowledgement, I came to this location. These 2 young men were amazing. They were very professional and wanted to help. I'd suggest everyone coming to this location. They'd be better off closing the south location because they just don't care about you. North location seems to care. They definitely keep the place clean. They are hospitable and they actually acknowledge their customers. Great job guys!!“

“They had just gotten slammed with a large order and we hit the lunch rush, but the staff was great and very accommodating and got us our food really quickly anyway. Really friendly and super helpful!
