Best cooked salmon I have had out in a restaurant
Great hibachi experience, you won't go away hungry for sure.
Consistently one of the better experiences in town for DoorDash pickups.
Every time I’ve come in, orders are handled quickly and with clear communication. Even when they’re busy, staff still acknowledges you instead of leaving you standing around wondering what’s going on. That alone puts them ahead of 99% of places in town.

The lighting is calming, and the dark wood furniture creates a relaxing, quiet mood. Many guests have expressed great satisfaction, praising the delicious sushi and the attentive staff. The hibachi chef, who is very skilled and experienced, made vegetables according to a guest’s age and made a birthday celebration extraordinary. The restaurant is also known for its ice-cold beer and well-prepared dishes. However, some customers were disappointed to find that the creamy jalapeño roll has been taken off the menu, as it was considered an amazing addition that should be brought back full time. Despite minor hiccups, Fuji Japanese Cuisine remains a worthwhile visit, with many calling it the best meal they’ve had in years.
