Did not care for the lack of service. I wanted real plates and a waitress. This new kiosk ordering may be cheaper but it destroys the nostalgic atmosphere that steak and shake depends on. Basically I got out of the car to walk into a drive thru. Probably won’t be coming back.
I had a much better experience this time!!! The nicest manger was in there, wearing glasses and christmas tie! He helped me with my purchase when i had trouble at the register and made my shake for me!! I was very happy with the experience!Parking: Lots of room and spacious!Kid-friendliness: Plain food options, comforable seating, nice environment!Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple ramps!!

The shake wasn't very flavorful and had a weird texture the other food was okay not great. I felt the experience was very distant there isn't really human interaction anymore.
