Arrived at 10:10 am for breakfast and due to slow service was able to place order at 10:35 am that was then lunch time to be asked to pull up and wait for my food. Finally at 10:42 received my food. Tried using the mobile app but it wouldn't let me check out. Horrible service all the time.
Not a huge line, only 3 or 4 ordered inside; but the staff spent quite a bit of time arguing in the back over who wanted to do what. Then turns out our good was sitting there ready not nobody bright it.

Went backup to counter and four people in the kitchen seen me and turned there back to me without a word I had to raise my voice to be heard to an associate in the kitchen area really McDonalds what happened to can I help you
