Great staff, great food photography.
They always get my order right, and the staff is very friendly!
I visited to this place a lot. But my order was messed up twice in a 2 days. The first time I didn't catch it until I had already went home and, we got somebody else's order entirely they gave me two coupons for free sandwiches. The next morning I caught it before I left the restaurant and they even remembered me from the day before, we were missing things out of our order. this is our favorite breakfast bagel place so I'm hoping that it was just a hiccup.

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a brand new and very clean restaurant. The food is as good as many remember, with delicious options like the bagel egg sandwiches, smokehouse bagel sandwich, and plain bagel with strawberry schmear. Customers love the hazelnut coffee and the variety available. The service is often friendly, efficient, and great, with staff working hard to serve big crowds quickly, even during busy lunchtimes when the dining room is standing room only and the drive-through is backed up. Food is made fresh, with bagels cut and toasted to order.
However, as a new establishment, it is working out some kinks. Orders are sometimes incorrect, and the location can be freezing cold, with even the counter workers wearing jackets. Some items, like onion bagels, are missed. While the line moves quickly and service is reasonable, sometimes under ten minutes, there can be occasional issues like a lack of napkins. Some feel the bagels themselves leave a lot to be desired. Overall, many are happy to have this location and find the quality good, planning to return.
