“I had a very long day at work and in the drive thru I was greeted by a huge smile by the young lady with the black hair. I do suggest looking at your food before leaving because my Jr whopper did not have cheese even though I did ask for cheese. Also I did have to wait 5ish minutes for my food.“

“Great food it was so fresh they said it would take four mins for fresh chicken if I didn’t mind waiting it was worth the four mins and I loved the treat after my sundae so ice cold and sweet just to make me happy for the awful day I had thanks Raytown DQ it well ran restaurant you just don’t get serve like this anymore“

“Cashier took at least 10 minutes to get my order when she just took a order previous to mine. Then when i finally got my order, my frosty was halfway full. I asked if a worker named Antonio could fill it up because i felt like i wasn’t given an adequate amount. He obliged happily with a smile and apology. I appreciate the Antonio’s in the world.“

“If you have the app it seems worth it as there are many deals and rewards to choose from. Every day before work i grab a 99¢ large coffee either caramel, french vanilla, hot or cold. You spend 2$ you get a free medium fry thru the app, what's better than free fries?“

“5/5/2024: This is honestly a very good location, the only complaint I've got is they're usually always slow, no matter what you order or what time of day I've been. I'm not sure if they're that short of employees or if they just don't schedule enough people, but more employees should help with the speed of service, which in turn will increase your productivity and increase your customer satisfaction and then you'll increase your profits ? that's my personal opinion thou“

“honestly one of the best dining restraunts i’ve been too. The cashier was very nice and helped me fix my order after i had messed up and said the wrong thing. the food is amazing and the seasoning on the fries is out of this world.“

“This particular location needs to be shut down. Fire everyone and start new. The staff was extremely rude, lazy and unaccommodating. The dining room was filthy. The fries were way overcooked. They made us buy a whole bottle of Freddy's sauce because they were out ?! They were also out of cheese curds.I think they were just too lazy to make them. Just an awful experience.“
