The brisket is a standout, described as super moist, incredible, and perfectly seasoned with a good smoky taste. The meats are highly praised for their flavor, with some customers calling it some of the best BBQ in the USA. The jalapeño/cheddar sausage is also highly recommended and considered to die for. The pork belly and ribs are fabulous and not to be missed.
