-0 stars. Attempted to pick up my order after a 25+ min drive just to be told I can’t. I used a SAVED EBT card which is saved to my Hyvee account to make my purchase. I showed my ID to the assistant manager and was told I was not able to pick up my groceries without the EBT card. I offered to show the text, email and also on my app and prove I placed the order. At 6:30 in the morning on a weekday Linda F. cashier provides the customer service that anyone would want to receive in the morning on their way to work! I always look for the red hair to make sure she’s there. Kudos to Linda!
I like HYVEE'S, people they are very caring and friendly, I am Handy cap, walking is close to impossible, I get help in shopping and putting the products into my VAN which is a great help. JIMMIE MCCLANAHAN
