“Went in to get some Burritos and MC muffins. Buy 1 get 1 for dollar. I was charged 19dollars. Then I looked at receipt and noticed I was over charged. Then told cashier, she refunded me 9dollars on refund receipt, but only gave me 5dollars, showed receipt, said was wrong. Then got food and was not even hot and was missing cheese on the sausage MC muffins. To top it off, they had numerous orders from drive thru walk in due to wrong orders, missing food, customer ordered 2 diet cokes and got 2 bottle waters. This place is so disorganized, mismanaged, rude employees, managers are rude to customers, manager asks another, do we have any help, response was, no we don't. Tells customers, we don't have any more help, so be patient. I've worked public relations for 40yrs, this is no way to treat, talk to customers. They all need to be fired or hire new staff with ethics training.“

“By far my favorite coffee shop so far in Branson. Find them in a “hole in the wall” on the side of Music City Centre. Simple aesthetic with a quiet atmosphere.I got the White Christmas seasonal drink, it was delicious. I also got their Cinnamon Toast Chai which is a speciality menu item and it was also delicious. The cold foam on top of a flavored dirty chai was very smooth and fun to drink.Service was great. Drinks were great. Atmosphere is great. I will definitely be back. 10/10“

She convinced me (tho it didn’t take much convincing, haha) to try a cherry lemonade and it was amazing! WHY have I not thought of this before?? “Every year when my family comes down to see me we go eat and then we stop by this ice cream shop. They have so many flavors that I would Not have imagined I would enjoy, but when I get a sample out of curiosity, it surprises me how delicious these unique flavors are, this is what keeps me coming back to this place. I never thought I’d like bacon on my ice cream. Or lavender honey and salted corn! Every flavor hits a different mood and is so much fun to try. This year I ventured into trying their coffee. There was only one girl working and she was working her toosh off. She was amazing! This girl can customize your drink and she even has a few personal concoctions up her sleeve that if you ask her what her favorite is, she might share! That iced coffee hit the spot. I highly recommend, especially to visitors who never forget a unique experience and now want to go eat ice cream every visit.
