I’m very patient with coffee shops, and I like Dunkin’s coffee. I stopped at this location on the way home. I went inside and there is no line. I stand there with my son for an easy 15 min. No acknowledgment from any worker and they walked by and looked at us several times. Then two teenage girls walk in and must’ve been friends with the worker. Republic Dunkin is mind blowing. We are VERY patient when it comes to customer service especially in the food service industry. My first job when I was 16 was customer service at McDonalds and I did it for years. 🤷🏼♀️ We do mobile orders all the time through Dunkin and maybe two out of five times, it’s wrong or they ask what our items were when we get to the window but we never say anything. While I stood waiting to order I listened to one of the employees yell across the store at another, honestly very disrespectful to them with her tone and attitude. When she could finally be bothered enough to address my presence I ordered the same thing I order every 2 weeks. It after she stired it with the visibly dirty coffee spoon and handed it out I mentioned that it's not even 3/4 full.
