As an Uber driver I stopped here at the end of my night of driving for a to-go meal and a hot coffee. I was introduced to Caressa at the drive through. Immediately through the intercom experience all the way to fulfilling the order I knew I was interacting with someone special. At the intercom she was able to easily make proper substitutions and recite back my order without any hesitation. She brewed me a fresh pot of coffee for my 3:00 a.m. request.
