Both of the workers I interacted with are also so helpful and nice ! Not only that but they handled a horrible situation today so well !! The manager did a great job handling it as well as the cashier . The man was screaming at them for no reason & they were both so calm and I can personally say they were not rude at all ! These girls are awesome & made sure to take my order even though the guy was screaming & trying to be rude to them & pulling the race card & If they would have said something racist I wouldn’t be backing them up but they didn’t and we’re so polite to him … but anyways Thanks again ladies for being awesome & getting my coffee order right every single time <3

Made a curbside order and the time said it would be ready at 8:45 am. I got there at 8:40 and called just to let them know I was there. The girl on the phone sounded like she hated her life, job, or both. So unpleasant. She told me they were still working on the order, so I sat and waited. I didn’t end up getting my items until a little after 9:15, so I’m wondering if they started making everything at 8:45. I never have a pleasant experience here, so I don’t know why I keep giving it a chance. The food and drinks weren’t even worth the wait, the coffee was so average and basic and the food I received was soaking wet (breakfast sandwich). I had to let it AIR DRY before I could eat it… that just doesn’t seem right. $40 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches that we didn’t enjoy at all is just insane to me. Time to keep looking for new places.

This breakfast spot is cute and well-planned. I'm not sure how it's not busy on a Saturday morning at 8:30, but I'm glad we found it!

Kid-friendliness: This would be a good place to bring kids if they aren't super picky eaters. There are a few options for the picky eaters though.

I come here regularly—enjoy the food and latte, but will stop supporting due to the passive rudeness of the FOH. The slow wait time for food and so much more lack of efficiency I can look past, but consistent poor customer interaction— I’m done. In particular, the skinny gentleman with facial hair that sometimes take orders or make drinks is just so unpleasant. At least put on your customer service face to people who’ve supported the business for years. Never heard a thank you, saw a smile or anything …. Just straight passive rudeness with an attitude of being bothered when patronizing Deer Creek. It’s the little things.

Some of the staff are rude and service with online orders. I ordered my food 38 mins ahead of time and arrived 6 mins after the listed ready time. My order hadnt been started. I go to this place because my office is right down the road so its a convenient location. I went a week later just for coffee, once again I ordered it online so I can walk in, grab it and go. But my coffee wasnt made yet. I stood by the pick up counter and it took a staff member 4 mins to even acknowledge my presence. Once i was acknowledged, i watched the lady make my coffee. My order was pumpkin spice medium size with OATMILK. I watched her pour regular milk in the cup. Assuming she must be making someone elses coffee, I waited. She brought the coffee over and tried to hand it to me. I informed her that I ordered my coffee with Oatmilk, she looked at the note on the side of the cup and said "yes, I' aware and I used Oatmilk" I told her I watched her make my coffee from start to finish and I saw her use REGULAR milk. She rolled her eyes and began to remake it with oatmilk. At that point, I no longer wanted my coffee. I asked for a refund and she insisted only the manager can issue that but and he wasnt in that day.

I've been in here probably 10 times and at best, it's usually fairly unremarkable. The baristas are almost always standoffish and unwelcoming. Today, however, was worth noting because there is a massive fruitfly problem in the booth/armchair area. It was so bad, I couldn't take a bite of my food without a fruit fly landing on it. Aside from being gross, it's so annoying that I had to leave much earlier than planned because they were relentless. For a place where the food is just ok and the staff is unpleasant, this was an absolute final straw for me. It's a shame because it's a cute shop.

Bugs everywhere avocado toast had very little avocado and they can’t cook eggs. What a waste of money

We had a business event planned and ordered and paid in full for our order several days in advance. The lunches were to be delivered. Not only did our lunches not arrive, we called both locations called multiple times could not get anyone to answer the phone. We had to go elsewhere on that day to get lunches with a significant delay and disruption to our event. Deer Creek did not return our calls that day or EVER apologize. After two calls to the manager days later and a fairly long delay, we were issued a refund. If our initial order had been overlooked and they had issued an apology we could have gotten over this- but their is no excuse for their repeated service failures. We won't trust in them again.

I love the iced lattes here so much, however ordering sandwhiches is another story… i ordered the Brentwood sandwhich, it came with no cheese and no pickle as advertised the wait was incredibly long- about 35 minutes and there was only 1 order ahead of mine. For an almost $13 sandwich that only requires 4 ingredients and half of them were missing was extremely disappointing. The lattes and cinnamon scones however are absolutely incredible.

The experience here was honestly awful. I ordered ahead of time for pickup and was there at the time they said my order would be ready. I waited 20 more minutes when I got there for it to be ready. I ordered avocado toast and a classic breakfast. The avocado on my toast was just cut into large chunks and placed on top of the bread. Not mashed up and also a very brown and bruised avocado, no salt or seasoning added. My boyfriend and I both bit into something very hard in our turkey sausage multiple times and our breakfast was cold and had absolutely no flavor. I do not recommend.

Coffee is rich and bold. Crepes are delicious (I had The Ranger-pictured). Staff are attentive and professional. The sitting area could use more outlets but that's the only minus- not worth taking a star. Sit inside or out. The service is good everywhere.

I always have a great experience and they are very professional if they have short staff or low stock they put a sign on the door and tell you. Also the only shop around other than Starbucks open past 3 pm which I appreciate. Nice job. Good drinks too recommended making your own like s’mores

Long wait for food, Sunday during the market so I understand the wait. Also I saw the reviews ahead of time so I knew what I was getting into. The food however was way below average. Breakfast burrito had undercooked potatoes. No flavor at all, combined with the long wait. Poor experience.

Love the menu options, but not a good first visit. Took all of 45 min to get one breakfast burrito. They said it would be 15-20 minutes. Good burrito, but not worth that wait time. Poor teamwork. Many tables waiting. We were sitting outside and went in like 6x times to see if our order was ready. We finally needed to ask about our order, as we thought it was lost or forgotten. We had another commitment, being it was Mother’s Day. Will not return.
