The ‘Hot Eggplant’ is great! Perfectly lightly crispy and seasoned just right. Fabulous!
My second time coming to Yen Ching for lunch this year. I ordered the lunch special saute cashew chicken (no onion or green peppers) and it came with egg drop soup and an egg roll. We also ordered crab Rangoon appetizer. While it’s pricey, it’s one of the best savory rangoons. Today’s visit was a bit disappointing as they weren’t filled very much and had no visible crab.
