Was so looking forward to getting my pretzel that I haven’t been able to since the pandemic however- when I got to the counter at the advertised opening time, I was told it would be another 7 minutes and it was already 20 minutes past opening. Young person was totally angry that I even asked when I could get service. Not at all friendly towards customers! What happened to such a formerly fun snack shop???
The pretzel was great like always, but the staff made a big deal out of making more when they were sold out (there was still an hour left before close). Also, 2/3 wore their masks below their nose, which obviously defeats the purpose of it in the first place.

PERFECTLY MADE. SO DELICIOUS AND WAS DEFINITELY A THROWBACK. the sweet almond was a childhood favorite of mine and reminded me of when I would go to the mall with my family. I have moved from my family but this pretzel brought back many nostalgic memories. The pretzel was warm, fluffy and delicious. Whenever I am at the mall and craving something that tastes like childhood I will stop by and get a pretzel!
