Raheem was so friendly & had exceptional customer service! I kept having issues with my card declining until I used another one that worked. He was so understanding, patient, & kind that I kept trying. They were out of stock in the pretzels that I wanted but he made some right away that came out hot & fresh. The consistency of the pretzels here is always the same & always delicious. Thanks for your service, Raheem! Looking forward to coming back again. Also, shout out to T-Mobile...read full review
I frequent this auntie Anne’s a lot since I have the Golden Pretzel pass and I am never disappointed. The staff here is also so nice, accommodating, and gives me the warm and fresh pretzels :). I appreciate that they make my trip to mall worth it!
