Our normal Chinese place was closed today so we tried Yen Ching. The taste of the sweet n sour chicken and cashew chicken sauces was very good but it was very thick. The chicken was crispy. The crab rangoon was very good! The fried rice was not fried at all, it was just white rice with some crisp vegetables. The egg drop soup was littlerally a bowl of eggs...there was no soup involved. The customer servuce was great. They were quick, food was hot and the restaurant was very clean. My review is based on my own preferences and just thought others would benefit from it. It was fairly expensive @ $43 for 2 meals and an appetizer

Great food! Inside is a bit dated but this restaurant has been around forever and it's our go-to delivery option. We tried just about everything- yen Ching beef was by far our favorite. Mu shu pork is very very good as well! Not the biggest fan of Szechuan chicken or pad Thai but you really can't go wrong here!!

Yen Ching holds a special place in my heart. It's perfect for group outings where sharing plates adds to the fun. With numerous favorites on the menu, I particularly enjoy their signature dish, "Yen Ching Beef," and their exceptional hot & sour soup, unrivaled in the area. Every appetizer is delightful, and the attentive service makes each visit a treat. I simply adore coming here.

Food was pretty good. Crab Rangoon, Pot Stickers, Sesame Chicken & Yen Ching Beef was $69.35. The prices were 70%+ higher than on the Yelp menu. Be sure and go to their actual website for prices so you are not surprised. Also for almost $70 they only gave us 3 packets of soy sauce and 4 of sweet and sour sauce so be specific on how many you want.

I’ve been going here for 30 yrs. Service not what it used to be. Poor recent wait staff experiences with premium prices.

I've loved Yen Ching for a long time. I always get the Crab Rangoon, fried rice, and the hot braised shrimp. In the past, tea was always served, now it seems as if I had to request it. Also, the service was timely. The most alarming thing is that their prices have dramatically increased. If you order an appetizer, two entrees and a side dish and you're at $100. The china plates and silverware have seen better days. The inside has been "refreshed" and the ambiance is low key. I wish they would stop putting the carrots and peas in the fried rice but oh well. But it's a sentimental fav of mine so I'll always visit when I'm in town.

Love the food! Spicy Crispy Beef is amazing! Service is good. 4 stars because why does Crab Rangoon cost $12?

The prices listed on your site were 50% of the actual charge. Miss leading to say the least!

Friendly and attentive staff. Inside was roomy and nicely decorated. Lunch was a little pricey but seems like everything is, anymore. $16.29 for lunch size portion of Mongolian Beef with rice, mini egg roll, and egg drop soup. I also ordered fried pot stickers. Everything was just ok. Soup didn't have a lot of flavor, egg roll was fine, rice had peas and carrots, I don't like them but forgot to ask for steamed rice so I just picked them out. Mongolian beef was fine, but no sauce whatsoever. Still in my quest to find my new go to spot. This isn't it.
