I absolutely love PF Changs. Lettuce wraps and sesame chicken for me. Beyond the food, the service is always spot on. I travel alone, so I generally dine alone. The staff here recognize how awkward that can be at times and accommodate me in an area that allows me to dine, work and enjoy. Never rushed or given less service. Great smiles from everyone encountered. Have I mentioned the food? Yum!
Food was good, waitresses was outstanding. My problem was with a surly hostess that made us wait for a table at lunchtime when the place was half empty. Because reasons, I guess. Then she dumped us at a table right by the door on a fifteen degree day. I did mention that the place was half empty? There were plenty of places away from the door, but she consistently placed people at the first available table closest to the door.
Are usually like to make my own pad Thai, but if I don’t, I like to go here. I also like the hot tea and a little pot served at the table. Their appetizers are great. We really like the chicken lettuce wraps. But everything has been good so far. As far as a chain restaurant goes this is pretty great.
