I just came to McDonald's today in Richmond Missouri which was a complete joke their card reader in the Drive-Thru is broke the gentleman was offering to take my card up to the front and run my card so, I can get my meal so, I wouldn't have to come in one of the supervisors overheard him and she said no they have to take cash. well, I'm just going to say that is very poor customer service it's no wonder they have low rates they're so lazy that they can't take my card up front...read full review
Great team! I sold flags for Red Friday. Everyone was really good.
After testing positive for Covid a family member offered to pick up food and porch drop it for me. He encountered a young lady out in the BELOW FREEZING TEMPERATURES with NO coat on. Why? Well because McDonald’s doesn’t provide them, and as a struggling mom of two, can’t afford one for herself. I would certainly hope that if and when someone with authority sees this, they will do the right thing by their employees. Here was his encounter….
