“Well we went to another restaurant near Casablanca-we had our dog and was told they no longer accept pets. So as we were leaving someone eating there told us to go to Casablanca they have great pizza and you can take your dog. Well the restaurant that refused us did us the biggest favor. Casablanca has the BEST margarita, pizza bruschetta and chicken wings. And the service was superior-Chad thank you so much, we will definitely be back.“

“Just moved here a month ago, and already this bar reminds me of home! Fantastic atmosphere for Hawkeye games! If you love the Hawkeyes or Chiefs football, this is the place for you. The owners are absolutely welcoming and the staff is great! Not to mention their karaoke nights are so welcoming and friendly!“

“Backwater Jack’s is always a great time and one of my favorite spots to swing by at the lake. Even though the weather rolled in with cloudy skies and a little rain while I was there, the atmosphere still delivered. The view overlooking the water was calm, peaceful, and relaxing for the afternoon, but you can absolutely tell this place knows how to turn up the fun when the crowd rolls in.

The food was fantastic and full of flavor. Stevie, my waitress, was phenomenal — charming, attentive, and very helpful with recommending the Garlic Chicken Pasta, which definitely did not disappoint. Service like that really makes a place stand out, and she made the whole experience even better.

I’ve been here before and always had a good time, which says a lot about consistency. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing lakeside meal, drinks with friends, or a lively time later in the evening, this place really offers the full Lake of the Ozarks experience. “If you want a typical bar and grill local restaurant, this is the place. Plenty of TVs and beer on tap, raucous patrons shouting about shuffleboard. My husband’s chicken tenders and my bacon cheddar chicken sandwich hit the spot. Delish.

“Took the family here for dinner and we had a couple of burgers, catfish sandwich, and the chicken wrap. Everything was absolutely delicious. The burger was the best I’ve had from a restaurant, including the lake,, in a long time. Chill atmosphere and great beer prices. There was also a live country band perfect for line dancing.“

Bar service was excellent! Believe the hype-Chris is the best! Great bartender and awesome to talk to about the area and the lake itself. We are only here for a few days but this establishment alone will keep us coming here all the way from Minnesota (9.5hr drive).“
