“Deleting my 5⭐️ review to post a 3⭐️bad experience tonight. We’ve had a few orders missing sauces and that’s frustrating but not a deal breaker. Tonight we were missing a Chicken Caesar Salad, so I called, the young girl who answered the phone said oh sorry we’ll bring it to you. I was thrilled. Started to eat my food while it was hot. A few minutes later I get a call that no they won’t bring it to me, my address is too far. I said ok will you meet me part way? The girl said uhhh I don’t think we can. I said well let’s ask and find out before we assume again. She put me on hold came back and said no I’m sorry. So I said just forget it and refund my money. Ok sorry. So now my kid has no food while we eat in front of her. They offered ZERO to make it right. All the other places we go for pizza bend over backwards if they make a mistake. Not here. I was offered NOTHING from Post Game. Allowing teens to be your “customer service,” is poor business. It’s not her fault, obviously she’s not been trained to deal with the situation. You would think the manager would have offered to help her, but NO. $85 dinner for 5/6th of us. Zero for all the trouble and my food is cold. 🥶 Sucks because it’s delicious when you receive your full order. We’ve been semi-regular customers. But tonight I’m disappointed.“

“Southwest Missouri is fortunate to have Harvest! Chef Craig and the Farmers Daughter Tamara bring the best ingredients, locally sourced, to the highest culinary level in the area. Always a pleasure and delight to see the visual presentation and experience Chef’s flavor profile. Reasonable prices considering the quality. Our table of 8 had Kendall (?? couldn’t hear him), and he was rather clueless. Biggest problem was serving my soup without a spoon and when he finally came by, the soup was cooled. When asked if I could get it reheated and served with a spoon he replied it would have to be remade and it was still warm enough (he was holding it). He continued with this reply and would not make it right. I understand how difficult it is to find staff and I will always return for the excellent menu.“
