To the girl that was working August 21st at 5 pm on window… we love you. You did that.
We came to get donuts for our group before the 4th of July parade and the store was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful!

I would stick to the drive-thru if you want a chance of getting a drink order made in under 40 minutes. The music is also blasting if you go inside. If you have an order they aren't used to making yet, it may be deleted serendipitously. No, I don't really believe it was on purpose. It was frustrating nonetheless.

Dunkin' in Rolla, Missouri is a great addition. The store is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. The donuts are delicious with great options available, and the donuts have been fresh. The maple longjohns, bagel minis, and avocado toast are delicious, with the avocado toast perfectly cooked and the toast still crunchy. The matcha is perfection. Customer service is fabulous, and the ladies working there are nice and respectful. One employee is a huge asset and always amazing, friendly, and outstanding, with some of the best customer service, always making sure customers leave happy with a drink they like. The coffee is loved. The drive-thru can be slow, and the music is blasting inside. An order not used to being made may be deleted. A later visit through the app and drive-thru was pretty fast with only one other car, and the price is pretty similar to other coffee in the area, so it is not a bad option on a slower day. Customers go there about three times a week and will be back.
