The managers could be a little more polite to the kids working there I guess they don't realize it's most of these kids first job. Me and my big mouth had to shut a rude 25ish manager down for cussing a kid that had to be no older than 17-18 other than that it's still a pretty quick meal.
We go through the drive thru every Monday morning when I get off work. We used to go on occasion, but have made it a weekly thing because the staff that work there are so nice and the food is always fresh. There's often the same young man taking our order (he wasn't there this Monday, so praying it was just a day off, lol). This young man is so nice and polite and always makes my day a bit brighter. I mean, it's a McDonald's. If you want 5 star service, you definitely need to look to elsewhere. For it being a fast food joint, it's good. Better than other places where you feel dirty walking through the door (looking at you BK). Bathrooms are kept decently clean, and they are usually quick to get your order out to you. Do they mess up sometimes? Yeah, of course, because it's humans working there, and many of you could do with learning manners and being nice to customer service...read full review
