My favorite Mexican food in Rolla- and we have a lot of choices. Might even be my favorite overall. Great prices. Love the salsa, a little spicy and tastes so fresh. My favorite thing to order is a chicken rice fajita with veggies. So yummy. They do get busy so we often order take out. They always give plenty of chips and salsa for home so you don't miss out. Never had a bad dish there. Restaurant is always clean and service is fast.
Great food everything is fresh and portions are better than almost anywhere else. Waitresses are very friendly and make sure you're happy. You don't leave this place hungry!

Their white queso is just... *chefs kiss* :) Been here numerous times and they're fast, friendly, with great food. Family who runs it is so sweet and staff is also super friendly. Calling in a to-go order is also no big deal and they always send you with a huge portion of chips and salsa to go for free! Thank you, Los Arcos, for serving our community such great food!!
