Rolled up at 6:58 to order a drink maybe 6:59 PM, the lady at the window said sorry, we are closed, as they were serving someone their drinks in the window. My husband asked what time they close, they said 7 o’clock, he said it’s now 659, so we still have a minute left. She said not on her clock, at seven the system shuts down. this has been my worst experience at starbucks!
there were 3 girls working and the one on drive thru is the only one making all the drinks. I ordered inside.
I'm assuming the one with the iPad was ordering and the other was filling containers!
really, short staffed? that's what I was told when I asked after 5 minutes to have my drinks made and a whole Lotta attitude
I have really tried to give this Starbucks a chance. It really is horrible. I always order a mocha Frappuccino and sometimes it has chocolate and sometimes it doesn't. Today when I went in to order I asked if this frappuccino had chocolate and she replied yes, that's what mocha means.
Well, guess what. The Frappucino that came out did not have chocolate. They did not call my name when my drinks came up, so the hot drink I ordered was lukewarm.
