Spoiled steak, poor service
The manager came over to talk to us but never offered us any kind of discount. We had to wait over 10 minutes for silverware. They forgot my daughter's drink. My second streak was supposed to be medium and it was raw, I didn't bother to send back, I'll take it home and cook it on the grill. Our drinks were never refilled.
my husband and I had a great experience at outback this evening with our friends! everything was great, Zuri was our server and she provided us top notch service!! the food was perfect and cocktails too!! we'll be back soon!!
