I love this place so much and consider myself a Mexican food connoisseur 😂. The explosion of flavors has me hooked and you have my loyalty. They have figured out the science behind seasoning. I’ll be back, I’ve got to make it thru that taco menu.
So good! Giacomo, salsa, queso, chicken and beef enchiladas, tacos corn, rice, beans all of it! Best place in the City
Me and hubby wanted to try a new place, they came across my social media and I’m so glad we ate here! We had the Gorditas with red chile and Carnitas Torta, with elote and rice, everything was delicious. And the drinks on point! The Mangonada was so yummy! Service was great and everyone that came to check on us was super nice 😊

Located inside a Phillips 66 convenience store on 65 between Branson & Springfield, Taquería el Camino is a hidden gem for Mexican food lovers. The food is amazing, with an explosion of flavors and a science behind seasoning. The huge breakfast burrito, Gorditas with red chile, Carnitas Torta, elote, rice, and chorizo egg burrito with plenty of peppers are all delicious. The Mangonada is so yummy, and the drinks are on point. The owner and family are always kind and friendly, providing great service. This taqueria gives the gringo spicy when asked for spicy. Customers eat here every time they go to the lake, getting plenty of food. A 10/10 recommendation.
