China House Buffet Reviews
Food was “alright”. Service was not the friendliest. This place needs some cleaning up!!! It’s cluttered and unorganized. We were considering Texas Roadhouse but the line was out the door. So we decided to do buffet ( we were starving). The younger workers were chatting loudly, not that we could understand lol. My husband said it felt like we were eating in a storage shed.
Food was not hot or tasty, crab ragoon was weird, hot and sour soup was ok. I think we r just used to better quality in Indiana.
Came in around 2:30. Much of the food looked like it was left overs from noon meal. Crab rangoon hard and egg roll hard. Hot and sour soup tasted off. Most food barely warm.

China House Buffet is a popular dinner destination, known for its welcoming atmosphere and professional staff. This buffet offers a good selection of food at a fair price, focusing on quality. Although some food could be refreshed more frequently, the staff responds quickly to any issues. The restaurant has made significant improvements in recent years, including fresh meat and personable seating. Priced at around $11 per person for dinner and about $8 for lunch, the buffet is a great value, with no drinks included. The selection includes fresh sushi and ice cream, and while some dishes may vary in quality, overall China House Buffet is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. Some customers have suggested adding music to enhance the experience, while others appreciate the restaurant's commitment to following COVID protocols.
