Based on the reviews, Rich's Famous Burgers- St James is a casual and fun spot with excellent, homemade burgers, especially the jam burger and the one with peanut butter and homemade spicy jam. The Cowboy burger is also very good. Other menu highlights include garlic parmesan drizzle on yummy fries, crispy large shrimp, and yummy cheese curds. The food is flavorful and creative, and the restaurant is accommodating for large parties, with food coming out fresh and at the same time. The wait staff is always friendly and fabulous. However, some reviews note that service can be a downside, with one order missing a drink and dessert. The chicken parm was like a frozen patty and tasted old, and the Coleslaw was so sugary it was like a cabbage dessert. For a quick lunch or a birthday party, grabbing a burger and some cheese curds is recommended.
