First pulled up and heard what appeared to be another customer making a complaint..that should have been the clue to just not even try. Whatever that was about caused a meeting with, I'm assuming the manager, and the 3 other workers. Ibhad hit my red button and waited quite a while. Took forever to get strawberry shake. Otherwise, it wasn't bad. There is no option on the app for most of the add-ins on the drinks... thays inconvenient for customers and workers. I called them before i ordered to let them knkw i wanted to have more added to my drink and then i called after i ordered to let them know I had ordered and what I wanted. Sonic really needs to fix that on their app.

It's great to have a drive-in restaurant so close to home. The quality of the food and the variety on their menu are outstanding.
