Tokyo Hibachi Express-food truck offers excellent food and huge portions. The food truck is cheaper than a sit down restaurant, altho no soup and salad, and there is no bathroom. The salmon hibachi and a spicy tuna roll were delicious. The food was cooked perfectly and ready quickly. The place was clean with picnic tables to eat at. The sukiyakl steak was delicious, tender and a flavorful sauce. The Deluxe hamburger was great too with toasted buns, right ratio of sauce, patties and accouterments. It is a great food truck with delicious hibachi dishes and huge quantities. A definite place to eat at and a 10/10 recommend.
