“There are always friendly faces and excellent customer service here. I was witness to the aftermath of a customers mistreatment of a worker who was crying when I pulled up to the window. It is a very sad day when people seem to want to humiliate a worker over a cup of coffee. Your associates shouldnt have to deal with this type of behavior and you as owners should stress that to your associates. They can take their rude behavior elsewhere.”

“The only compliant I have is that when I do a curb side pick up, they will serve everyone in the store, before bringing my items out. For example, I check in, then two people walk in - they get serverd first.”

“We love going to Hawaiian Bros restaurant. The Drive thru is always very fast, efficient & accurate with our order. The food is excellent & fresh. The staff are always very friendly & helpful. The portions are big & the price is affordable, especially for Senior citizens. The plates are great and we also love the wraps.”

“I wish I lived closer!! we were visiting the St. Joseph area and like to visit small business locations. We were not disappointed!!! We each ordered a meal and each came with two sides. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the owner, also our waiter, was the best!!! Gave us German Trivia and fun facts, on the back of the menus, and from him we learned about burial plots being leased!! Did i say the goddess was delicious? Will go out of our way to go back again. “I had a waitress that was amazing named Elizabeth at the St Joseph, MO location. I asked for suggestions since it was my first visit and she took the time to explain the menu and certain dishes I asked about. My cup never went empty. Kudos Big Biscuit for hiring Elizabeth!”

“Tried the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and Dressed roasted Brussels sprouts a couple months ago and, while the chicken and potatoes were delicious, the Brussels sprouts were barely cooked and my roll wasn’t even warm. Went back today, Feb 21, 2024 during the lunch hour and ordered same thing but I requested they cook the Brussels to tender. It was DELICIOUS!! Josh, the bartender, was our waiter and was fantastic. This location has never disappointed me. Great staff and great food!”

“Haven't tried everything on their menu but everything I've tried has been good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Place is clean, well maintained and is more spacious than I expected. Other than specials, drink prices aren't cheap but they aren't unreasonable, either. The beers I've tried so far have all been fresh and flavorful. Best Reuben sandwich I've had anywhere with thick, generous serving of corned beef and served on really good, marbled bread.”

“Shout out to the best little potato salad maker east of the Rockies! Evie was an absolute delight and offered wonderful suggestions - ribs were fantastic and the brisket was moist and delicious. She personally makes the potato salad and it was outstanding. If you're in the mood for a load of Missouri hospitality, good food and decent prices, I highly recommend this spot. 10/10”
