“Live in Illinois and stopped here because the place looked homey and cute. Lori was 5 star amazing. She treats her employees like human beings and even goes over the top with it. I can tell her employees mean a lot to her and I love it. She's such an amazing human being and that is rare to find these days. The world needs more people like her! Whatever you all are doing keep it up because the expirences are muah! Perfection. She's super kind walks around checking on everyone and makes sure everyone is smiling and happy. Gives me the exact vibes I'd want from a place like this! Protect people like this woman cuz she is a rare find.“
“this is a wonderful place for day trips and someone who simply needs to cheer up. I was there reading shirts for more than an hour and could have stayed longer. I was feeling blue that day and had an amazing time reading shirts and laughing . I definitely got gifts for my family ideas for Christmas . the ice cream was great as well. we definitely gotta go back for more entertainment or events soon.Parking: parking was great I thought anyway. I have seen it so full they were parking on the side of the road. but it's that great of a place that many people are trying to get inWheelchair accessibility: my mother is handicap she never complained and she was all over the place having as much fun as the rest of us. isles were wide. she wasn't crowded. she got in and out of the building fine. the staff was very helpful holding doors. The bathroom was accessible for her as well. that was the first race of the day, once we arrived.“
“We had a great experience here. The gentleman who took our order was kind and friendly. We had our 8 year old son with us and he had not been to DQ in a while and he had questions about the menu. The guy taking our order was great when interacting with our son. It was neat to see an employee who was interested in serving the customer and making the visit to DQ enjoyable. I commend both the employee and the manager at this establishment. It was clean and the service was quick too. I highly recommend this DQ.“
“My fiancé and I don’t come often to culvers but when we do it’s usually pretty good. However the food we had tonight might’ve been the best it’s ever been?? Our burgers were so fresh and yummy and fries were crispy along with our chicken. These employees need a raise!!“
