We have gone here several years and never had the service at the register we had last night. No military discount?? I don't think we got a senior discount. We have never seen the people at the entrance, server, or the register. If they have new owners, they are not training their staff well. We will try it one more time but if the same attitude of the staff we will not be back.
My family and I attempted to have dinner here at 630 on Friday night. we were up able to finish our dinner. We waved down a waitress, she explained it's cold on there that's why the dood was cold. I had grabbed chicken on stick and it was really undercooked. tlafter 2 bites , we got up the leave. they forced us to pay 50 dollars for a dinner we never had. terrible business practices. very rude, uncaring staff. if I could give negative -5 I absolutely would
I am a loyal customer and often come here almost every month. Every time I call this place to place an order, I’m put on hold every time and they never end up coming back to the phone.
Minutes and minutes will go by, and sometimes they won’t even mute the phone, so you can HEAR they aren’t busy or that they forgot about you.
I have to either hang up and call again, or I end up walking in and speaking with someone.
