I am a loyal customer and often come here almost every month. Every time I call this place to place an order, I’m put on hold every time and they never end up coming back to the phone.
Minutes and minutes will go by, and sometimes they won’t even mute the phone, so you can HEAR they aren’t busy or that they forgot about you.
I have to either hang up and call again, or I end up walking in and speaking with someone.

I've been a loyal customer ever since this place was called Chop Stix going every Sunday after church. Since the recent change over the kids running the place would rather be on thier phones than do their job. They don't offer military discounts anymore as far as I know. You have to ask for a to go bag to put your food in. Please bring back the great customer service from before.
