The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about thier coffee. They use fresh beans. Pastries are amazing.

Ashton's Coffee Shop offers phenomenally smooth, unique, and delicious coffee, where you can taste the difference. They roast their own beans and provide a coffee bar with tons of variety, including many options and ways to prepare your coffee, such as a Rocky Road coffee or frappes. The baked goods are also enjoyed, with pastries like a strawberry cheesecake one that is light, fluffy, and delicious, made organically with real strawberries. The atmosphere is lovely, calm, and impeccable, good for coffee dates, with beautiful plants and very cute niche details. There is a bench out front. The people are friendly, incredibly kind, and provide great service, with a story behind the shop. It is a must-go place, highly recommended for anyone looking for a good coffee in Salem, and worth checking out.
