“Went there with a large group. They seated us rather quickly and had excellent quick service. For as many meals as it was, it took two large trips for the staff, but everyone received their meals within 3 minutes or so of each other. Everyone seemed satisfied with their meals. The kids all really loved their Mr. Chippy option. The wait staff was friendly and efficient (patient too with the kids). I would recommend it as a great stop when traveling as a family or group!“

“I stopped by Huddle House for breakfast this morning and was served by my waitress, Emmaline. This was the fourth or fifth time she has waited on me during my Sunday breakfast visits. She is consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, and she listens carefully to ensure every order is correct. Each meal I have ordered has arrived at my table exactly as expected. Emmaline does an outstanding job every time I visit, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her excellent service.

“We love coming here, we love supporting local businesses and this is our favorite date night place. Today we had Edward and he was so fast and so funny! I love a server who can joke with us! But we’ve also never had a bad server here! Always a great time per usual! Also the lemon peppercorn sauce on the flank and frites was AMAZING!“

“went to Freddy's tonight with my friend and we loved our burgers and fries but when it came to dessert it was a little disappointing. her turtle sunday had barely any custard, if any it was maybe 4 little spoon fulls. it was almost melted when we sat down to eat it. i got the PBC&C concrete and added strawberries. it was extremely runny more runny than a milkshake and i had maybe 2 chunks of bannanas and was over powered by stawberries. if we are paying almost $5 each (due to add ons) id hope for 1. more custard and 2. for the concrete to be more solid and not so runny/warm.“

“Service was not the best. Steak was undercooked the Caesar salad head onions bacon and eggs on it. Who ever heard of that on the Caesar salad!
They certainly gone downhill from last year when I was there I may not stop there anymore.“

“4 Star I really Love Steak and Shake. As soon as I walk in The door, there's this 1 Young guy that remembers me and knows that I want a table and The waitresses all know me and they're very sweet and I always eat inside and the food is delicious. I'm very happy that Sedalia has a Steak and shake now. 😋❤“

“I like it here. I do wish that I could’ve gotten more than one sauce for my chicken, though. I was told since I ordered the “Chick’s Meal”, I could only have one sauce…I would’ve paid extra for more sauce. Plus, their milkshake machine was already down. I couldn’t believe that. Overall, I like this place pretty well, but probably won’t visit very often.

Edit: as of 06-17-2026, this location has been open for a couple of years, and they are more willing to give an extra sauce if you ask for it. Therefore, I’m changing my star rating from four stars to five. I’m glad I’ve given them another chance. 😁“

“First time in awhile at Applebees in Sedalia, MO. Food was very good. Had the boneless chicken wings and shrimp fried with fries. GREAT! Service was excellent and served pretty quick. It had a good atmosphere and the employees were courteous and very professional. Will be going back! Soon!“
