Best fries in town!
I'm mad I waited so long to try this place. The BBQ burger was so good! Perfect bacon, and the sauce should be sold in bottles. (Seriously, Big Jake, do that.) If you like a little heat, try the spicy aioli. You know it's spicy, but it's not going to melt your face off. As awesome as the burger was, the fries really stole the show.
And to top it all off, he was SO NICE.

lot of folks dont know it but I have been a burger expert for about 60 years or so. I have ate at cheap places and expensive places always sampling their burgers.
Jake's are currently the best in the area and he has some tough competition.It starts with the meat what ever supply he is using is just right. They have all kinds of diffrent burgers and they are all good. I recommend this place its good eats done right for a fair price.

Big Jake’s Food Truck is a local spot in Sedalia offering amazing food and even better people. The owner Jake and his staff provide awesome service with genuine kindness, creating a family vibe. The menu features huge, juicy, perfectly seasoned burgers with original flavors. The Big Guy Burger is an absolute UNIT with a grilled beef patty, pepper jack cheese, bacon, onion straws, bourbon BBQ, a whole chicken breast, cheddar cheese, more bacon, fried jalapeños, and house spicy and garlic aioli. The Cluckenator has crispy chicken, bacon, ranch, and cheddar. The Yoked includes an overeasy egg, handled with care. Other options include a grilled chicken sandwich with pineapple, a barbecue burger, the Pedro with fried jalapeños, and a burger with pineapple and aioli sauce. Fries are battered, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and crunchy. The red sauce that goes with the mozzarella things is also awesome and made in house. Portions are generous, and the food is fast, friendly, and amazing every time. A regular go-to stop for any burger craving.
