“Although it took over 40 minutes to get my food. A quick call to the store revealed that the order through the app didn't go through even though I was charged, and this store rectified this immediately and brought out fresh hot within minutes. Not blaming store, blame the app.“
“I mean, it’s McD’s, so food is standard. But I placed a mobile order while traveling through with my family. We ended up at another McD’s super close thinking that is where we ordered from, sat down, and checked in at our table. After waiting 20 minutes, I checked the app and it stated our food had been ready. That is when I discovered we were at the wrong restaurant. I couldn’t cancel the order since it was made and waiting for us, so we packed up and went down the street to this location. Our food was waiting for us and I apologized for my mistake. The manager was so kind and understanding and gave us fresh fries even though it was my mistake. Thanks again!“
