“I went though there drive thru around 1:30am and their computer system ended updating so ended up chatting with the employee at the speak who was really nice and apologetic about it and we got into a talk about that stuff and ended up chatting about video games and honestly it made the time pass faster I didn’t get his name but he was awesome“
“Stopped here with the kiddos on the way home from Jefferson City back to the lake, they were very busy. It was a Friday night, but they were super kind and very quick! I even asked to order something else and they didn’t make me go back around!“
“I had a fairly large order that I was picking up. A young man that appeared to be the supervisor/manager was very friendly and courteous. He provided me my coffee first which was nice as I had a very short wait for the order. I was asked to pull up to a pick-up spot and the remainder of the order was brought out by a very nice lady within minutes. Very efficient and friendly. As I understand it JC MO is having a hard time finding staff for many positions. It was appreciated that these folks were so friendly and eager to work. Being in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years, I know great service, and this was it! Food was hot and fresh. Thanks!“
