“Best McDonald's in jeff city. The drive thru staff seem to have lost their etiquette as of late. No more welcome to McDonald's anymore just, are you using your app? Jim Gaffigan has to be proud. We are to the point we can just say 3 numbers to order everything we want. Its a people problem, not McDonald's.“
“Stopped here with the kiddos on the way home from Jefferson City back to the lake, they were very busy. It was a Friday night, but they were super kind and very quick! I even asked to order something else and they didn’t make me go back around!“
“I had a fairly large order that I was picking up. A young man that appeared to be the supervisor/manager was very friendly and courteous. He provided me my coffee first which was nice as I had a very short wait for the order. I was asked to pull up to a pick-up spot and the remainder of the order was brought out by a very nice lady within minutes. Very efficient and friendly. As I understand it JC MO is having a hard time finding staff for many positions. It was appreciated that these folks were so friendly and eager to work. Being in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years, I know great service, and this was it! Food was hot and fresh. Thanks!“
