“My honest review. We rarely get to Marshall, but when we do, we like to try different places. The outside gives a bit of a higher end restaurant, but inside is nice and open with a simplicity that makes you feel comfortable. We were immediately greeted, and right after we sat down, a waitress was already taking our drink order. Never felt rushed to order, but our waitress was never far off for when we were ready. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, and it was all fresh and hot. I've waited longer at McDonald's for less quality food. I had the tenderloin sandwich with fries. Fries were very fresh and flavorful, and the tenderloin was good, but a little underseasoned for me. It wasn't a big deal, and everyone's taste is different. Toppings were fresh and crisp, and all in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend for anyone looking for quality comfort food at very affordable prices. I think I'll try the prime rib sandwich next time.”

“My family went for drinks and appetizers tonight for the first time and not only was it a great atmosphere, but the service was fantastic! We saw the owner and staff interacting with customers-laughing and joking around-and everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves. The patio is a great environment and we really liked being outside, but also not surrounded by smokers-thanks to the designated smoking areas! Love the idea of sitting outside but not being totally separated from the inside thanks to the garage door. All in all, no complaints! Looking forward to visiting again in the future! What a great addition to our town!”

“I have only eaten at this place one other time before this and the first time was the alfredo pizza that I loved. This time was the chicken, bacon, provolone hoagie. Let me tell you that subway and jimmy johns have nothing on this place. They call themselves the sandwich artists, but at Mazzios they are the sandwich gods!”

“Came in this evening to grab a couple of sandwiches for myself and the family from the Marshall Subway after an appalling and completely disrespectful “attempted” service from the Carrollton Subway. When I entered the Subway at the Marshall, MO location I was greeted by Holly and Kim with smiles and courtesy. I then attempted the same request that I had at the Carrollton Subway to use a clean knife due to a family member’s allergies and was without hesitation presented a reply of “absolutely, no problem” from both Holly and Kim. They made everything that I had ordered with a smile and prompted with polite communication and service. The service that I received here at the Marshall Subway was absolutely top tier and you could tell that the training for the employees here and the overall atmosphere far exceeds the level of training and quality of service at the Carrollton Subway. A special thanks to Holly and Kim this evening for turning what was a horrible experience at one location into a positive one. Going forward I will forgo the 35 minute drive to Marshall Missouri’s Subway Location just to be able to experience great quality food and amazing customer service from there staff over the convenience of eating locally at Carrollton Missouri’s Subway and having to deal with rude and inconsiderate employees. I highly recommend anyone whom finds either review do the same, because it’s absolutely worth it.”
