This Pizza Hut has been in Smithville since I was born. I’ve gone to this Pizza Hut throughout my whole life (quite literally).Unfortunately the management at this place has gone extremely down hill. Everyone is wasted on alcohol while at work. You go in and everyone is sitting down, their landline usually ringing over and over again with no one showing any interest in answering(I’ve witnessed people get up to hang up the ringing phone and walk away) you have to stand at the counter staring at sitting/laying/napping employees until someone finally decides to get up and do their job.I witnessed multiple underaged workers drinking on their shifts with of age managers. Doesn’t seem appropriate- or legal.I also recommend no one eating here, if you saw the state of the kitchen and the health practices used in this establishment you’d all be disgusted.

We were in there Fri eve. We told them what we wanted when we went in. We were the only ones in there, (the whole time we were there). There were 5 people working there that evening. She brought out the drinks & food. She was very polite. After that no one came back to the table to see if we needed a refill or anything. I had to go to the counter to ask for the to go box and some more sauce. Normally we will leave around a 20% tip. This time we left a 10% tip. And then after we left we got to talking about it and wished we didn't leave anything. Normally they usually give us good service. Food was great as usual. And they are the only dine in pizza hut. They were polite and friendly. After they brough the food that was it, no one came back to check on us. If they were really busy I would have understood it better more.I used to work in food service and if you didn't give service you better not expect a tip.

For the second time we ordered from here, we didn't get what we ordered. Ordered a Buffalo pizza for the second time and received a pizza with no sauce.

We ordered 5 pizzas on a Friday night for two basketball teams. The pizzas never delivered. I called and had to sit on hold for over 10 minutes to be told that they accidentally delivered the pizzas to a duplex close by. (We were having these delivered to the school and even had the school name printed on the order)The manager was not helpful at all, zero empathy and no solution. Needless to say, they let both teams down.We did use a coupon on one of the pizzas for a free pizza, we had points added up. They refunded money, but will not reimburse for the free pizza credit we had.Total customer experience: zero stars.

Ordered a pizza here last week, pepperoni + jalapeños. Driver showed up on time with the pizza and chicken wings and both boxes were crushed, cheese stuck to the lid & everything. Looked like the order had been brought over with a river anchor riding on top of it. Alright, no biggie. So I grabbed a mangled slice and noticed there weren't even jalapeños on it... Not a good job. Their facility however looks well kept.

My family and I spend a lot of money here often, last night I feel like we were ripped off, I tried calling to fix it. The manager was really no help at all. We will be going elsewhere! Take care of your customers or you will lose them!

Would give them 0 stars if I could, ordered a pizza was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Went up 20 minutes later to pick it up and was told they didn't have any order from me. Confirmed I had called the right number with what was showing in recents in my phone. What a bunch of jerks they werent even interested in trying to find my order

Outstanding food all around. We had to call because the app was down and the person who took our order was courteous and professional. The food was hot and delicious! The delivery person was also awesome. We had issues a couple years ago but it seems they have new leadership and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

The last time we bought pizza from Pizza Hut in Smithville we were very satisfied, other than the cost. This time the pizzas had very little topping’s on them. 2 md “specialty “ pizzas for $40.00. Not thrilled.

This place is horrible. Good luck getting the correct food you ordered. The manager(s) will promise to refund but never give it to you. They keep replacing the manager(s) and promising to do better but it is all a pipe dream. Delivery or pick up it makes no difference. The one time I did get what I ordered it was delivered two hours and 45 minutes past the promised time and the food was cold and the pizza stuck to the bottom of the box. I have even got food poisoning from this place. I am still waiting on a refund from my order last week. $60 pizza order and you could not even get it right. They are aware they overcharged me and gave me incorrect pizza(s).

This was the 3rd and last time with them screwing up our orders!!!!Ordered 2 different melts, having never tried them before, didn’t know what to look at when checking them.Got home, and they were both the same!!!Lost my business, going to Pizza Shoppe from now on…..

Quoted that I’d have to wait a further 12 minutes. Had to wait next to the pickup window for over ten minutes for a manager to refund the order. If I had known it would take that long to find a manager, I would’ve just waited for the food. Never got a refund receipt, just a promise that it’d be back on my card in 1-2 business days.This was ridiculous. Don’t offer promise times if you can’t deliver on the promise, or at the very least make it right with the customer if things go wrong.
