The delivery driver showed up and realized he forgot the drink I had ordered. He owned it and said he would be back after he went back to the store to get it and other deliveries. 30mins later, he showed up with my drink, in the hail!!! It was a small gesture that I wish I could give more recognition for!

Pizza Hut offers a mixed dining experience. While one customer appreciated the delivery driver's effort to rectify a missing drink, another group felt neglected during their dine-in visit. Despite the hit-or-miss service, the food quality remained consistent and delicious. The staff's friendliness and efficiency were highlighted in a positive delivery experience, indicating improved customer service under new management. Overall, Pizza Hut is recommended for its outstanding food quality and the potential for a great dining or delivery experience with attentive staff.
